New, leas than a year. Clean. Great location 20 min from Zion NP. Gas stations close by. Restaurant convenient but very limited dinner. Breakfast (you pay) was very good (real eggs, bacon, toast) In room Kurig for coffee. I would stay there again.

The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The hotel was absolutely IMMACULATE. Our room had a nice view of the area outside of Zion National Park. The blackout shades were the best I've ever encountered at any hotel. The room was pitch black when they were down and the beds were quite comfy. The area felt very safe and was quiet. One downside was the fact that most fast food restaurants (which my daughter prefers) were a bit far away from the Inn.
