Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom condo, just a short drive from the boardwalk and sunny shores of Weirs Beach. Whether you’re planning family day trips or simply looking to unwind in the Lakes Region, this cozy retreat is your ideal home base.

Inside, the main bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with an en-suite bath, while the guest room features two twin beds—perfect for kids or friends. The open living area includes a sleeper sofa and access to a second full bathroom, accommodating up to six guests. A well-equipped kitchen with essential appliances and cookware makes mealtime easy. Free Wi-Fi, linens, and bath towels are all provided for your convenience.

Step outside to enjoy two patios and on-site amenities, including a seasonal outdoor pool, tennis courts, BBQ grills, and a playground. Laundry facilities are available on-site (note: laundry card machine accepts $1 bills). Trailer parking is also provided if you're bringing bikes, boats, or recreational gear.

Convenient to Weirs Beach

We went for the weekend. We had stayed at this property before but this was a little further from the pool than we were used to. Overall, it was a nice place, plenty of room and convenient to Weirs Beach.

8 Day Stay in Laconia

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed this location during bike week and the host was fabulous. This is the third year we have stayed at this location, and we absolutely plan on coming back next year!
