The bathroom doors top hinge was broken, so the door hung awkwardly and did not close unless lifted into position. The American flag outside is tattered. Please replace it. Everything else was satisfactory

Staff is welcoming and helpful. Essentials were missing from the room ie: towels, hair dryer, silverware, ice bucket... Carpet squares are peeling from the floor leaving the floor exposed and I tripped several times walking from the bed to the bathroom. The room smelled musty like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.

smells

I know this is a no-smoking hotel but the hotel smelled like stale smoke. The gym did not have hand sanitizer or wipes to clean the machines. The gym smelled pretty bad too. The woman who checked us in was very nice and helpful.
