Our tv wasn’t working but the staff replaced with a smaller one. Cigarette burns on shelf and carpet. Damage on desk. Keep in mind this is a non smoking hotel and we don’t smoke. Toilet leaked all night. The staff was very courteous and kind. Food ran out before 8:30.

Pros: friendly staff, quiet, ample handicap parking, adjoining rooms Cons: each of the two rooms had one damaged fire/CO alarm; key card machine was out of service, so we had to be let in the room by staff, and would have had to depend on staff to let us back in had we left and returned; checked out the "hot breakfast buffet" @ about 6:15-6:30, only hot items were 8 sausage links and 4 fried eggs, along with a waffle station, a toaster for the bread that was supplied, and a microwave.

When we checked in the sweet lady at the desk did not know if there were linens for the pull out couch, charged the reservation card immediately instead of asking if we wanted to use a different card (which I did), and did not have the “key maker” at the desk to make our room key, so we had to wait on it. The room was okay but smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke free hotel. It was hard to get the toilet to flush. Took our children down to the pool and the hot tub had one jet that worked on the bottom (feet area) and had brown-tinged water. The kids loved the pool. The pool room as a whole was clean though. The complimentary breakfast was lacking significantly. There was cereal but no milk, the muffins were stale, the waffle maker spray was out, the sausage was awful, and the “orange juice” was clear (make that make sense). Overall the hotel was clean, and the staff was so nice.

I booked this hotel for nine nights and the first day was horrible and the second day and all the day we stayed the Tv didn't work all the time because of wifi signal and kids were left along above us in hotel overnight they made so much noise and I did go to the front desk to ask for them to talk to the adults about the noise before I knew they were alone the lady at the front desk went and talk to the kids but they just continue to make noise so I walked upstairs to ask for a parent and one of the kids says no adults was there I asked the kids please be quiet they said okay but nope this was at 11 at night this is the ratchetest hotel I ever been to the only thing that was good was the front desk womens and the breakfast
