Villa Sunset is a wonderful 3-bedroom villa with sea views, located just a 7-minute drive from the seaside town of Carvoeiro. With a private swimming pool, just a short drive from the beach and near a golf course, Villa Sunset makes for a great holiday home from which you can enjoy the Algarve.

The villa includes free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in the living room and all but one double bedroom.

The entrance to the property is on the ground floor, where there is a comfortable living room and dining room, as well as a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has dishes & utensils, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, hob, oven, dishwasher and a washing machine. A spacious balcony allows you to enjoy meals while taking in the marvellous sea and mountain views.

The lower floor houses the 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms (one is en-suite) and 1 en-suite twin bedroom), leading out to the pool and the garden.

The private pool (pool heating available as an optional extra) and garden can be accessed via the rooms on the lower floor or via the stairs along the side of the villa. The pool terrace is surrounded by a wall and hedge, affording good privacy. Sunbeds and sunshades are provided for lounging in the sun or shade, as well as a swinging bench. An outdoor dining area sits under a shaded overhang and a BBQ is nearby on which you can prepare and enjoy outdoor summer meals.

Villa Sunset is in a quiet residential neighbourhood just 3km east of Carvoeiro town centre. You’ll find several restaurants and bars within a short walking distance of the villa and a supermarket just a short drive away. The Vale do Milho Golf course is just a 4-minute drive away and the Vale de Centeanes beach is just a 5-minute drive away.

Car hire is recommended/necessary. If you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season).

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year:

From November 1st to March 31st: €1 per person per night.
From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: €2 per person per night.
This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
