The cozy village of Ferragudo, with its delicious fish restaurants, is only 1 km away and there are many beautiful beaches nearby, such as Caneiros and Praia Grande, which can be reached on a short walk via the cliffs. Inside: A spacious and bright living room is located on the ground floor of this beautiful villa. The large glass doors and windows offer a view of the sea, the patio, the garden and the terrace. The living room has a comfortable seating area and a large dining table for 8 people. The luxurious open kitchen is fully equipped. Next to the living room is a cozy TV room with a sitting area and sofa bed (1.20 m width). This room is separable with a curtain and can be used as an extra bedroom for one adult or for 2 children. There is also a bathroom with a shower, a guest toilet and a small office with television.

The 3 bedrooms, all air-conditioned, and 2 bathrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with large sliding doors that open onto a private balcony with a seating area and a beautiful view of the ocean and the lighthouse. Next to this bedroom is a bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms have twin beds, large wardrobes and windows with views of the typical Portuguese landscape. Both share a bathroom with shower. There is an additional roof terrace with beautiful views of the ocean, the beach of Praia da Rocha and the Algarve coastline. Great place to drink a glass of wine and relax on the lounge set while enjoying a beautiful Portuguese sunset.

Outside: The heated pool is surrounded by a wooden deck deck with sun loungers and a seating area with comfortable couches. On the other side of the villa, next to the kitchen is a covered terrace with a large dining table, a barbecue and a tennis table. The perfect place to enjoy a delicious al fresco meal. There is also a large patio with private parking.
