Casa ADM 42 is a classic holiday villa situated on the Areias dos Moinhos development, within walking distance of the centre of the idyllic fishermen’s village of Carvoeiro and the Vale de Milho golf course.



This charming villa comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace (partially covered) with several seating areas, a barbecue, a pool (heatable at extra cost) and sun loungers.



During the winter season (November till March), the energy costs will be charged in resort according to consumption.

Wonderful Villa in quiet location

A really lovely, well equipped Villa that is a 20 min walk into Carvoeiro town and beach. Spacious, clean, maid comes daily. Lovely terrace with sun loungers and brollies, towels for the pool provided which was nice. Good sized pool which was not heated until the pool maintenance came in on day 5 however we quite liked it without as it was a lovely fresh feel rather than warm which is how it felt once the heating was put on. Please note that this villa does NOT have air conditioning which is contrary to the amenities description. There are no ceiling fans. When this was raised on the second day the situation was dealt with and three portable fans were brought over but not until the Monday morning when the working week started. It would have been a nice touch if the fans had been there from the very start of the holiday. We had a great holiday and really enjoyed our stay in Carvoeiro and the lovely villa.

Die elektrische Geräte sind sehr alt und dadurch der Stromverbrauch sehr teuer. Küche und Bäder könnten moderner sein. Rosa ist sehr freundlich.

Bon séjour

La villa est relativement confortable et bien entretenue. Les salles de bains ont besoin d’être remis au goût du jour mais propre. Les équipements sont aussi un peu vieillots. La femme de ménage est au top. Manque la climatisation quand même car les températures sont assez élevées. L’extérieur est la piscine rien n’a dire.
