Casa Martinho is situated in a peaceful and tranquil location near Carvoeiro Beach, yet only 5 minutes from the bustling village of Carvoeiro where you will find plenty of excellent restaurants, supermarkets, bars, banks and shops.

Our villa is perfect for a family holiday enjoying all the comforts of home life.
Living accommodation is spread over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a large kitchen well-equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, hobs, microwave, table and chairs for 6 people. There is a dining room adjacent and a cool and spacious living room. This room has comfortable seating where you can relax and watch some television. There is also a fireplace in the living room to keep you warm on the coldest days of the year.

There are two spacious bedrooms on the ground floor - one with a double bed and the other with twin single beds. On the first floor is the other bedroom with a double bed and has its own bathroom. All with air conditioning.

The property is set in a large property and has a large and private swimming pool. Outside the villa you will find also a BBQ, table and chairs, which is perfect for al fresco dining, or just sitting and relaxing. There is lots of terrace space to sunbathe and relax.

The villa is accessible through private and electric iron gates .This is a very special holiday home!
