Villa Tranquila is a stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with beautifully manicured gardens and private pool located in Presa da Moura, Carvoeiro within easy walking distance of the striking clifftops of Vale da Lapa. Within a 15 minute walk of the villa there are a few restaurants, coffee shops and mini market. The popular seaside town of Carvoeiro with its many shops, bars, restaurants and beach is just a 5 minute drive. Another short 5 minute drive will take you to the more traditional but equally popular fishing town of Ferragudo.



Located in such a central location, the villa is just a stones throw away from so many attractions, activities and some of the best beaches the region has to offer.



The villa is designed to make the most of outdoor living. It offers numerous spacious terraces, private outdoor pool, barbecue area and a large first floor terrace with views of the Atlantic Ocean.



The accommodation is set out over 2 floors and comprises of spacious entrance hall, a fully equipped and open plan kitchen, dining and living area, 3 en-suite bedrooms, guest WC and a second sitting room.



The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and free Wi-Fi.

Tourist tax

Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.

We loved our stay at Villa Tranquilla. The villa is even more beautiful in person, with a fantastic sized pool, lots of greenery and mature plants. The balcony on the first floor offered lovely sunset views each evening. Location wise, we hired a car and felt the villa was perfectly located for us - a 5 min drive to either FerragudoCarvoiero, and a great supermarket nearby. Some restaurants are within walking distance, such as Hexagone just up the roadBon Bon (Michelin Star) and Oregano (fantastic pasta and fish) about a 20 min walk away.

Es handelt es sich um eine wahnsinnig schöne Villa, die absolut den Bildern entspricht. Man hat eine traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer von der oberen Terrasse. Das Haus ist sauber und die Außenanlagen sind top gepflegt. Es ist ein traumhaftes Grundstück mit Pool in Südlage. Man hat den ganzen Tag rund ums Haus die Möglichkeit je nach Bedürfnis auf einer der zahlreichen Sitzmöbel im Schatten oder in der Sonne zu verweilen. Ein Highlight dem dem Pool ist die Hängematte zwischen zwei Olivenbäumen. Man hat absolute Privatsphäre.
