With ample space to comfortably accommodate guests, the villa features four elegantly decorated bedrooms. Two of them have king-size beds, while the other two have double beds, making it ideal for families or groups. All bathrooms are adorned with beautiful hand-painted tiles, adding a unique touch of charm and exclusivity.

The spacious and bright living room opens directly onto the pool area, offering stunning sea views. Equipped with a flat-screen TV, sound system, and high-speed Wi-Fi, it is the perfect place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals, including modern appliances and a spacious dining area.

Outside, guests will find a true leisure paradise. The private pool is complemented by a heated baby/kids' pool, ensuring fun for the whole family. The villa also features a private tennis court, pétanque court, and a mini-golf area with 11 putting greens, offering a variety of entertainment options.

One of the most special additions to the property is the smokeless outdoor fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings where guests can bake bread, toast marshmallows, and enjoy unforgettable moments under the stars.

Starting in the summer, guests will also have access to exclusive new amenities, including a sauna, steam sauna, and gym, further enhancing the level of comfort and well-being during their stay.

For added convenience, daily cleaning service is included from Monday to Friday, ensuring the house remains spotless throughout the stay.

The villa’s privileged location is surrounded by nature and breathtaking coastal trails, making it the perfect place for scenic hikes along the ocean. Despite the tranquility and privacy it offers, it is just a short drive from magnificent beaches, high-quality restaurants, and all essential amenities.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all areas of the property, providing a private experience. From the indoor spaces, such as the bedrooms and the fully equipped kitchen, to the outdoor leisure areas, including the pool and BBQ space, everything is available for your total comfort and enjoyment.
Guest Interaction:
We are available to assist with any questions or recommendations. While we respect your privacy, we are always just a message away to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The villa includes daily cleaning from Monday to Friday, and the gardener and pool maintenance staff visit the property from Monday to Saturday to keep everything in perfect condition. If you prefer complete privacy at certain times, just let us know.

In accordance with Portuguese legal requirements, all property owners are obligated to provide guest information to the Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). To ensure compliance, we will send you an SEF form upon booking. Completing and returning this form to us before your arrival is mandatory.
