The host communicated quickly and was very responsive, which I really appreciated. Check-in and overall communication were smooth.We chose this place mainly for two reasons: the pool and the basement arcade area. The pool was great, and the kids absolutely loved it, even though it was a little chilly for me.Unfortunately, the basement arcade area wasn’t really usable. The fireplace didn’t work, it was extremely cold down there, and the TV also didn’t work. Because of that, the kids couldn’t hang out in the space like we had planned. My mom was watching all of the kids while we took the older ones snowboarding, so having that area functional would have made a big difference.It was also very cold at night in the bedrooms, which made sleeping uncomfortable.The home was clean, and you can tell it’s an older property. Some updates and repairs could really improve the experience, especially considering the price.Overall, the host was great and the pool was a highlight, but the lack of heat and the unusable arcade area are why I’m giving three stars instead of five.
