Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Dishes: Wash, load & start dishwasher. Linens: Leave sheets on beds. Food/Trash: Remove all food. Bag all trash/recycling; take to outside cans.
Overflow trash left behind = $75 fee. Secure: Close/lock windows & sliding door. Lock downstairs door. Lock front door from outside ONLY (use keypad icon). Final Step: Message us upon departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
