So this would EASILY be a 5 star rating because the host was wonderful and answered any question i had within minutes, the accommodations were fitting of the price, maybe even exceeded, the area was quiet and felt 100% safe to stsy in.The only thing holding this back from a 5 is the shower water pressure and water smell. The first night we arrived, we turned on the shower and were met with a horrible rotten egg smell that filled the entire building. It was INCREDIBLY strong. The remaining nights the smell, while reduced, was still in the water but it was tolerable enough. The other issue is the water pressure in the shower. Its VERY low to the point it took 2 to 3 times as long to shower as it takes me at home. Again, I'll say outside of those 2 things, this place was a wonderful place to be for 4 days. Huge waterfront park 45 seconds away in a car, less than 2 minutes to the Golden Nugget and the other casino there. For the price i paid overall id give a 4.5 even with the water issues in the bathroom. If those are remedied its an EASY 5 at this price point. Even with the above issues i myself will be looking for this place the next time.
