Cozy queen room at Cramer's Point Lake George

Ground floor level room (no steps!) tucked underneath our guest house on the Cramer's Point Resort. Lake access available in season! The accommodation offers a queen bed, a small love seat, bath with stand up shower, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker and flat screen TV. A tea table and chairs for two is located outside the access door. Parking is right outside your door, and Guests have access to all available resort amenities and our lake access trail (all seasonally available).

While we are not direct waterfront, Cramer's Point Resort does have access to the waterfront via trail, and enjoys some lake views from various points on the property. There is no specific lakeview from this room. This is a one room accomodation, with a queen bed and a love seat style sofa, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker & coffee, hair dryer, flat screen TV (cable is provided 5/15 - 10/15 and Roku & internet based TV 10/15 - 5/15). The bathroom includes a stand up shower. The decor is Adirondack rustic. Its private entrance is located at the parking area level, and there are no steps up at all from the pavement to the house. Cooling is provided by a window a/c, and heating from electric baseboard. Guests have a large firepit with chairs located below the south pool.

Guest access:
Guests have access to all of our amenities, seasonally available, including: trail to Lake George water front, row boats & canoes, 2 pools, outdoor games such as shuffle board, ping pong, horsehoes, basketball, and fire pit with chairs. The trail to Lake George leads approximately 500' from our property down to the lake, over a right of way on private lands. In Lake George, we are on the slope of the mountains leading down to the lake, and there is a pitch to the short trail. It is not paved, and there is no vehicle access.

Other things to note
We provide all bed linens, comforters, blankets, pillows, towels, liquid soap/shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, toilet paper, etc. We are not a waterfront property, however, we have some filtered views of the lake that are even more expansive in the fall and winter as foliage falls. Pets: Please contact us about the pet you wish to bring. We have a limit of one pet, less than 30 pounds. The pet fee is $50 per stay. Dogs cannot be left unattended unless crated, and are not allowed on the furniture or allowed unleased on the property. The department of Health regulations do not allow dogs at pools or beach/waterfront areas. Please note, this accommodation is located below our two story guest house, and is often available in tandem with the main house offering a 5 bed / 3 bath accommodation. For reference, please see VRBO listing # 2669214. The suite is just below an auxiliary dining area for the house, though the bulk of the house first floor space is over unoccupied space. While our guests are courteous and respectful, it is possible that some footfalls may be heard above, outside of quiet hours which run 10pm - 8am. We do take any disturbance calls seriously, however, they are expected to be very rare, since we warn the house guests in advance that there may be folks below that small area.Please inquire with further questions.
