The open-concept layout includes a warm and inviting living room with a fireplace, a modern kitchen with new appliances, island seating, and a dining area with a table for six.

Guest Access & Requirements:

To ensure a smooth and secure experience, guests are required to:
• Submit a signed rental agreement, photo ID, and full guest list within 48 hours of booking
• Pay a $300 security deposit
• This is a hold, not a charge, placed 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after checkout, assuming no damage or violations

Propane Note:
We do our best to keep the propane tank for the grill full. However, please check the level before cooking. If it runs out, there is a nearby market where you can exchange it. Send us the receipt and we will gladly reimburse you!
