A classy, modern, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood near the lake, trails, playground, and Bok Tower. The spacious open floor plan with high ceilings opens into an eat-in kitchen with everything needed for meal prep, including a Keurig coffee maker. The living room has motorized recliner couches from which you can watch over 200 channels on a 65" ULED TV. The master bedroom suite has a king bed and a luxurious glassed-in shower. A comfortable queen bed and dual XL twin beds round out the other two bedrooms with a second bathroom in between. Walk from the living room into a screened-in porch followed by the giant chess set on the backyard patio. Guests have exclusive access to the entire house except for the garage. There are two driveway spaces for parking (there is no street parking).
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Kiwanis Park. The holiday home offers free WiFi and a kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and updated. Only misunderstanding was "coin laundry". I didn't know that meant off premises.
