The Space:

The quaint beautiful home will host up to 6 guests. The living room is small and cozy. The home has a huge fenced in back yard with grill and patio furniture.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home and back yard. Large Garage is off limits.



The Neighborhood:

Located directly on Hwy 33, this home is only a couple of minutes from I4 and a few miles from Florida Polytechnic. Walt Disney World is only a short distance away as well as Tampa, Busch Gardens.

Cute house

The house was decorated very cute and had a cozy feel. The house was a little small for a family of 6 but we made it work for the short time in Lakeland. But was a lot cheaper than having to get multiple hotel rooms. Was in a nice neighborhood, I am from Lakeland so I know what areas not to rent in. Not sure if the guest before us had a dog but there was dog hair everywhere( not a big deal) but wanted to mention. Overall was very nice and comfortable

The property had been recently renovated inside and out. Was one of the cleanest rentals we’d ever stayed in before. Perfect size for 4 adults. Smaller dining and family room areas. Located within 5-10 minutes of multiple shopping and dining options.

Wonderful experience

The property was newly renovated. A really cute farmhouse vibe. Very clean and the staging was really nice. The home had everything from all cooking dishes, washer and dryer and cleaning supplies. Perfect location literally minutes from shopping, downtown, and the main highway. The property manager was nice and always responded right away.
