If any of the furniture has been moved around, it must be put back where it was. Kindly lift the furniture so it does not scratch the floors.
Put beach chairs and any outdoor toys back in the shed and in the bins.

What a beautiful property and lovely vacation home this was! Aaron was very easy to work with and promptly answered any questions we had. The private beach across the street was beautiful. Highly recommend this place for a family gathering, big kitchen table for games puzzles and eating. The location is close to many great places to eat and shop. Owner recommendations listed in notebook were great!

Fabulous beach location

What a fabulous location on a lovely private beach. The owners were outstanding in every single way. The house was spacious and they were so generous with supplies like paper products and more. It was beyond what rental companies provide which added a nice level of convenience. There was lots of beach gear available in the shed and it was an easy walk. Some of the furniture is getting a little tired and there's a lot of knickknacks around which made it hard to spread out our own things without feeling super cluttered. But overall, it's a great stay.

Family Thanksgiving Gathering

Rooms for everyone! Beds and Baths have an high expectation for us and The Knoll nailed it beyond expectations. The space in this house offers room for large gatherings and intimate settings. Cooking Thanksgiving dinner and all the others meals was just fun in this kitchen with windows all around. High on our list was to be able to seat the entire family around one dining table. Done - with room to spare. We wanted nothing more than to hang out with one another and the house gave us the most comfortable backdrop to do so! Highly recommended-

Yearly Michigan trip

Beautiful home with plenty of space for large families of all ages. The walk to the beach was just perfect. We had a minor issue with the AC and they were on it quickly to fix the problem.

Great property for families!

We stayed here with friends and our little (4-7y) ones. It was a charming property and a we had a fantastic stay. It’s a close walk to their semi private beach, and the house had everything you’d need- from kitchen supplies, spices, to beach towels, toys, etc.

Perfect family getaway

Stayed here with our 4 year old and 2 year old with friends who also have a 2 year old and the house was perfect. Across the street from what was essentially our own private beach. The house is spacious, clean and only a few minute drive to New Buffalo. The three kids had a blast and we’ll be back. Aaron was as helpful of a host as I’ve dealt with. Thanks, Aaron!

Great place for our multi-generational family from teens through grandparents.

Had good times at the beach and for lawn games and indoor games. Worked in dining out and a sunset boat cruise for ten.
