In the heart of the Perche region, 40 km from Le Mans (5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard motorway exit) and its legendary racetrack, and 10 km from La Ferté-Bernard, the "Little Green Venice," this authentic cottage in the village center offers everything you need to relax, stroll through the surrounding villages, and admire the countryside on foot or by bike along the hiking trails.
This cottage is dedicated to relaxation and rest, whether with family or friends. Those looking for noisy parties, please look elsewhere, as we are committed to respecting the tranquility of the area.
On the ground floor, there is a large living/dining room with a decorative fireplace, an open-plan fitted kitchen, and a large veranda with a dining area. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm). There is also a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a washbasin. Another large bathroom with shower, sink, and washing machine.
Upstairs: a large mezzanine with a sitting area and a single bed (90x190 cm).
One bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and another bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm).
A separate toilet and a large bathroom with a double vanity.
Beds are made upon arrival. Towel rental: €5 per person.
