You will have access to The Nook, which is unit 4 of the large building at Legacy Manor. The shared yard on the other side of the parking lot fence has a putting green, fire pit area, gazebo, and a kids play set. The parking lot is also shared with other guests of Legacy Manor.

Please note this space is connected to other spaces in the large building, so you may hear noise from other guests of Legacy Manor. Also there is a fire station 3 houses away, it is loud when they dispatch.
