Nice apartment with terrace in the center

Residence totally independent of 45 m ² with terrace and private entrance (digicode) that we took the time to renovate with care to accomodate you. Located in the city center near the train station and the E Leclerc foundation, you can take full advantage of the shops: bakery, leclerc foundation, restaurants ... The independent housing has been completely redesigned for the well being of visitors.
Upon arrival, a digital code will open a gate that will take you to a private courtyard. Due to our absence, a key box is provided at the entrance of the housing. Past the (door) entrance, you arrive in a hall serving a toilet with washbasin. Then, a beautiful living room with kitchen / equipped and living room with sofa bed (sleeping for 2 people) will allow you to rest after a ballad landernéenne. Upstairs, you will find a bathroom (towels provided) and a warm room (sheets provided) with wardrobe. Note that all equipment is new and quality: kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, sofa, smart TV connected, bedding, mattress, bakery, restaurants, cinema, carrefour city ....

Petite maison sécurisée et très bien équipée. Dans une rue tranquille mais proche du centre de Landerneau. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter.
