Das Frühstück war gut. Die Zimmer sind renoviert, die Matratzen gut,Nasszelle ist die alte. Die Zimmer wurden erst am 3. Tag sauber gemacht. Innerhalb der Woche die wir dort verbrachten wurden die Betten NICHT ein einziges Mal gemacht. So etwas habe ich in einem HOTEL noch nie erlebt. Das neue Pächterehepaar ist nett und gibt sich bemüht, wenngleich mit Defiziten.

Hold jer fra dette Hotel.

Hold jer fra dette hotel. Vi havde booket to overnatninger på Hotel Langstedt og havde også givet dem besked om ankomstidspunkt, da vi ankommer kan vi godt fornemmer ar der er problemmer. Vi venter ca en 0,5 time på at chefen ankommer, hun fortæller at de desværre ikke havde plads til os men at de havde bookede et værelse hos et søsterhotel 10 km fra Hotel Landstedt. Vi accepterer ændringerne og modtager 100 euro til betaling hos søsterhotellet. Vi havde betalt 1000 kr for opholdet og forvende også at de 100 euro var tilstrækkelig til betaling af opholdet hos søsterhotellet. Da vi skal betale for opholdet bliver vi opkrævet 218 euro og ved hjemkomst tog jeg fat i Hotel Langstedt gennem Hotel.com og forklarerde min utilfredshed med at vi skulle betale 218 euro for et ophold som var bestilt hos dem til 1000 kr. Hotel Langstedt var forstående over min frustration og vi aftalte at jeg skulle sende kontooplysninger og de ville betale differencen retur til os. Der er dd ikke kommet refusion og Hotellet svarer ikke på mail.
