Every aspect of the Four Seasons in Mumbai spells comfort, class and sophistication. The staff at every touch point provided exemplary service. They were customer centric and very accommodating. The Four Seasons is a gorgeous well located hotel in Mumbai. They are more than 70% through their renovation program. While there are aspects of the old Four Seasons that I miss, the new decor is sumptuous… as one would expect from Four Seasons. The service is attentive and personalised. I can’t wait to return!
