Front desk lady was foreign and very rude and disrespectful. My friend asked for a towel and was repeatedly ignored and was told that they don't give out clean towels on the weekends. We extended our stay then she came to our door banging telling us to get out and she called the police because she thought that we hadn't paid for the extra day although my friend showed her the confirmation. She screamed at me on the phone then hung up. The cops agreed that her attitude was nasty. We left and got a better hotel but I would like to be refunded and I will be discussing this with my attorney. I am a business owner and I would never treat another human with such malice and disrespect. We were extremely professional but yet we were highly disrespected.

The rooms inside were very clean very put together very, very nice. The outside wasn’t the greatest and some of the occupants were loud and arguing therefore, I wasn’t sure if I was quite safe, but nothing happened and my overall stay was pretty good.

Horrendous. Like so bad. Tried to get my room changed because I found roaches in the bed and I couldn’t. Paint peeling off the ceilings and off the doors the entire room looked like it had been surfaced cleaned and that’s it. No pest control nothing. Overall a bad experience and I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to stay there

Seemed like there were many people actually living in the hotel. Everyone was friendly though and the property was quiet. The room was a bit run down and the shower leaked all over the floor, but fairly clean overall.
