Morning staff was great and ready to address concerns. The night staff was not polite at all. There was a bad smell in the room due to the mold and the humidity. I left the area safe, but if nothing done others might develop some breathing problems. Room 218 should be out of service.

Room was fine, but neighbor complained about tv and conversation noise, called the police. We are seniors just casually talking and watching tv. It became stressful and we decided to leave. The office failed to resolve his complaint without involving police. So we left and lost one day of stay because reservation was “pre-paid”. It would have been easier and less stressful to just move him to another room. Won’t stay there again,
