Rooms are smaller then they appear on online pictures. Restroom tub had stains. On top of that, I couldn't get a handicap shower as I requested. So, I canceled my stay in such place and went to another hotel.

It’s Laredo Texas and I know you shouldn’t expect much but this place was scary looking and dirty. The staff was fine but the location and the hotel itself is daunting.

Front office employee was very uninviting. I was checking in and he looked at me like I was bothering him. Didn’t give any instructions or direction to the room until I asked.. he was to worried about smoking a cigarette. Just horrible! However,The girl in the morning was very nice!
