Geräumige, hell und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Alles noch ziemlich neu und nicht abgewohnt. Ausstattung exakt auf vier Personen ausgerichtet (also Geschirr in genau dieser Anzahl auch nur vorhanden, d. h. jeden Tag abwaschen oder den Geschirrspüler benutzen, was bei der Menge natürlich wenig ökologisch ist). Ein paar Kritikpunkte: Die Fenster waren ziemlich schmutzig und könnten ruhig häufiger geputzt werden (sollte bei dem Preisniveau eigentlich eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein). Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer sollten auch richtig befestigt werden. Die Warmwasserzufuhr ist leider eine mittlere Katastrophe: 30 - 40 Minuten muss man den Boiler anschmeißen (über den Sicherungskasten), danach mehrmals aus- und wieder einschalten und hoffen, dass irgendwann mal warmes Wasses aus dem Hahn fließt. Und jetzt zur Umgebung: Die Fotos täuschen etwas, man hat keinen direkten Blick auf das Meer. Davor steht leider noch ein Bürogebaüde, das höher ist als der dritte Stock, in dem diese Ferienwohnung liegt. Sonnenaufgang kann also nicht bewundert werden. Leider ist die Lage, obwohl etwas von der Strandpromenade entfernt alles andere als ruhig. Eine vielbefahrene Straße liegt direkt vor der Haustür (nachts treffen sich gerne die Auto-Tuner zum Rennen). Der Busbahnhof ist auch in direkter Nähe und ein Rummelplatz sorgt abends auch noch für Geräuschbelästigung. Freitag und Samstag wird man mit lauter Musik bis in den frühen Morgen von einem angrenzenden Nachtclub beschallt.
