Recently renovated home offers a floor plan that opens up to the inviting backyard! Enjoy the day with your guests around the 4 ft - 6 ft pool. Backyard is equipped with a gate which provides added security from children entering the pool. Plenty of space in the backyard, plenty of room for tanning and relaxation, soaking in the sun! Backyard sits east facing, in the mornings enjoy your favorite morning beverage as you're viewing the sunrise. Landscaping is desert terrain. You'll enjoy the fully equipped updated kitchen ready for all your cooking needs, stocked coffee area. Living area offers a sectional couch and adjacent is the dining area that easily fits 5 - 6 chairs. Bedrooms are adequate size with extra pillows and blankets. Home offers 3 smart TVs, easily connected to Netflix, etc. Tastefully decorated throughout providing a very comfortable setting. Flex room sits near the master bedroom, this room may change its function throughout time. Currently set up as an office. Great stay

The 6 adults and 2 children in our group really enjoyed the stay. The home is spacious and clean and had everything we needed. They had several nice touches which added to the experience (Christmas tree, plants, baskets, welcome book) We would recommend this home to others staying in Las Cruces.

Super clean & cozy

Perfect spot for a quick trip to Cruces. Location is close to everything! Quiet neighborhood. House is super clean and very comfortable beds! Would stay again!
