The villa "Valeria" is located in Las Gabias and overlooks the mountain. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can accommodate 6 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher and a capsule coffee machine. This beautiful property has underfloor heating/cooling through an aerothermal system (ecological), which allows to keep the house at an ideal temperature all over the time, as it can radiate heat in winter and coolness in summer. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The highlight of the villa is its well-equipped private outdoor area with a pool, an open terrace and a barbecue.

The house is beautiful and very spacious. Sec we’re met by the owner who showed us around. The bedrooms were comfortable, spacious and well maintained. The kitchen and house was well stocked although contained some slightly random bits e.g. a juicer while other essentials were missing e.g. tea cloths and oven gloves. I notified the owner and offered to go and buy some. When I messaged the owner, she offered to reimburse me immediately. The pool was fantastic. The weather was very hot so coming back each afternoon and getting straight in was such a relief. Lidl is literally next door which is really convenient. I was a bit worried about having Mc Donald’s next door but there was. O noise or smell. We had the most amazing week!
