Very good location and great little apartment for a short break. Check in was a bit tricky and took a little bit of time but nothing to worry about. Rooftop terrace was a great addition.

Accommodatie goede, schoen en netjes. Inchecken was lastig, dan face recognition in de appartement is gemaakt voor langer mensen, ik most op en stool klimmen, niet handig. Maar algemene een goede evaring herhaling vatbaar.

Bra läge nära las Canteras. Ingen utsikt eller balkong från rummet men en fin gemensam takterrass. Problem med lås-system till lägenheten med app som inte fungerade. Ofullständig köksutrustning, inga vinglas, endast en förskärare (brödkniv)

Dies ist eigentlich eher eine Bewertung zu den Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats, da wir aufgrund von Bauarbeiten dort hin umgebucht wurden (Deswegen auch hier keine ausführliche Bewertung zur Lodge an sich - Die in Las Palmas war top ausgestattet und gerade durch den Neubau sehr sauber und modern). Beim automatischen Check-In, welches ohne Mitarbeiter funktioniert, sollte man auf die richtigen Angaben beim Finden der Reservierung achten: Das, was unter "Surname" angegeben werden sollte, war bei uns der komplette für die Expedia-Buchung angegebene Vor- und Nachname. Ebenso war die geforderte Reservierungsnummer nicht direkt ersichtlich, da nicht etwa die Expedia-Reiseplannummer, sondern die Bestätigungsnummer benötigt wurde - Und davon nur der Teil ohne den "EXP-X-" - Vorsatz, sprich nur die Zahlenfolge. Eine entsprechende Mail mit einem Hinweis darauf wäre wünschenswert gewesen, zumal wir keine richtige Hilfe unter der angegebenen Hotline bekommen konnten, da es keinen englischsprachigen Mitarbeiter gab. Ansonsten top!
