This stunning villa offers everything you need to enjoy maximum comfort in a peaceful, relaxing setting. Daily life flows effortlessly on the ground floor, where a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, and more) opens onto the terrace, living room, and dining area, creating a bright, open space.

On this level, you’ll also find two bedrooms: one with a King Size bed (200x200 cm) and another with two single beds (100x190 cm). There’s also a convenient laundry area and a back door leading to the drying zone.

The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and features a King Size bed (200x200 cm), a workspace, a safe, and a private bathroom with double sinks.

The villa is equipped with a power inverter to ensure continued electricity during the occasional outages due to routine maintenance of the local network. Large sliding shutters allow the entire villa to open toward the outside, offering a continuous sense of indoor-outdoor living.

Spacious interiors promote relaxation, with perfectly balanced color harmonies and elegant decor. The ambiance is warm, welcoming, and vacation-ready.

For your information:

Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wi-Fi Internet, household cleaning at your entrance and departure and once a week during your stay with change of sheets, but no change of towels. Gardener and pool maintenance.

The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD.

A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or loss of the key, we will ask you to pay 150 USD for changing the safe.

We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone.

We inform you about a construction project that is being carried out near the house. Working hours are usually between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday and until noon on Saturdays. High noise levels are likely to occur during working hours.

I take this exchange to remind you that this single villa closed by a door with swimming pool and private garden, is a close part of a residence with other villas.

We ask you to respect the neighbors. It is forbidden to come with speakers and listen to loud music. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must reduce to respect everyone’s rest.
