Great hotel property. Excellent pool, common areas and restaurant/bar. Well designed and appointed rooms. The problem is the A/C in the room. Not enough capacity and it was always warm inside. This is only March. In summer it will be unbearable .

Beautiful place, very elegant overall. However, food is too expensive for the quality of taste they offer, I would’ve give it 5 star if food was more tasty for the price or more affordable. You can still go to other restaurants more affordable near by.

La habitación y las instalaciones excelentes! Excepto la base de la cama que hacía muchísimo ruido El restaurante y la comida nada excepcional (promedio). El servicio debe mejorar, los camareros no están atento a nada, pides un café y duran 20 minutos, tienes que llamarlos y así. El servicio está pobre. En definitiva no es el standard de Marriott, sé que es nuevo por eso la flexibilidad en el comentario.

We had a great stay. The hotel is stunningly beautiful. The grounds are well thought out with beautiful pathways, pools and gorgeous gardens. The main restaurant where we had breakfast daily has an amazing view of the resort and the ocean and beach, which is just steps away. The included breakfast is really nice and any additions are very reasonably priced.The beach service was great and lounge chairs always available. The rooms were spotless and the housekeeping service is impeccable. The staff throughout the resort were very friendly and the service is excellent. What stood out was how the staff worked so well together to make our stay so pleasurable. The hotel is situated in a quieter section of Las Terrenas where you can walk for miles/hours along the many beautiful beaches and even see Mangrove trees if you venture far enough. There is a great Padel Ball court to be enjoyed. Yoga and Pilates classes were a wonderful touch just ask for the schedule at the front desk when you arrive. The staff arranged our airport taxi from Santo Domingo which was much appreciated and all the logistics worked well. This hotel comes highly recommeded. Check in process was a bit slow and somewhat confusing but pleasant staff made this glitch easy to tolerate.

The modern architecture of the entire resort was very well-thought out. The spacious units with high ceilings and great terraces make it appealing for a longer stay. The staff was very friendly in all areas; especially at the restaurant.

Totalmente recomendado. Habitaciones impecables con todas las amenidades requeridas, el staff excelente TODO muy amables y serviciales. Un lugar con una arquitectura bella cumpliendo el objetivo de sentirse en un lugar relajado y en paz. La comida muy buena y no condimentada. Me hubiese gustado un menú más amplio pero es entendible por el poco tiempo abierto al publico. También tienen la modalidad abierta al publico general solamente al area del bar, ideal para compartir. En resumen mi lugar a hospedarme cuando vuelva al area de Las Terrenas.

The staff here is AMAZING! They really care about the guests and their experiences. Also, the grounds are magical - gorgeous tropical plants well-maintained at every turn. The pool at the front of the property is wonderfully uncrowded and beautiful. The fitness center is EXCELLENT!! I recommend this hotel.

Overall great stay. The property had just opened in November and it seems they didn't anticipate the number of guests, service was a bit disorganized but overall friendly staff. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. A bit disappointed that the pools are not heated (excpet for smaller kids pool).
