House Description: 2 story, Master Bedroom on first floor
In-ground Pool/Spa.
Spa is heated year round - no extra charge.
Pool can be heated Oct 1st - March 31st for a $50 nightly additional fee.
Clean and newly renovated 2000 square foot, 4 bedroom 3 bath home. It sleeps 8 in standard 5 bed configuration. We have one Graco Pack 'n Play. Children under 13 stay for free.

We are conveniently located near the world famous Las Vegas Strip (11 miles), championship golf courses, amazing restaurants, Red Rock Canyon (10 miles to visitor center), and all major Las Vegas Convention Centers. [12.8 miles from Ceaser's Palace]
Our home contains all high end furnishings, beds, decorations, appliances, cookware, sheets, and towels. We have meticulously provided you with every comfort of home. And, if we don’t have it, just ask, and we will provide! The house is in a quiet, private neighborhood with parking for 2 in the garage, 3 in the driveway, and unlimited in the street.
Enjoy the ALL NEW sparkling pool and bubbly spa in a completely enclosed PRIVATE back yard with BBQ.
Spa heating is always included.
The house has four bedrooms, large master chef kitchen, full dining room, game room with poker table, family room, and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a California King size bed, an en-suite spa bathroom, comfy chair, and 3 large custom closets. The master bath has two sinks and a stand-up spa shower with soft rain downspout surrounded by Calcutta Luna marble. The second and third bedrooms have luxurious queen size beds, and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds and includes a TV. This is comfortable sleeping for 8.
The family room has two large plush couches and a comfy chair centered about the incredible glass fireplace and 55 inch TV. The poker table and 1000 clay chips are perfect for your in house Texas Hold-em tournament and can be flipped over for other uses.
The back yard has a hot tub and pool. They are heated on demand.
... Also a Weber Summit 6 burner Gas Grill.
There are four golf courses less than 5 miles away: TPC Summerlin, TPC Las Vegas, Badlands Golf Club, Canyon Gate Country Club, and Angel Park Golf Club.
We are walking distance to the SunCoast and Rampart Casinos (15 min) and a short 4.4 mile trip to the most popular off strip Red Rock Casino!
Also, there are many bars and restaurants that are just a 10-20 minute walk away or an easy drive. Tivoli Village is a short 1 mile walk and includes shopping, dining, and a cigar bar. There is a great exercise circuit surrounding the Angel Park Golf course that is just a 10 minute walk.
The house is located 1500 feet from the Westcliff Transit Center which is a public transit option for travel to Historic Downtown, the Las Vegas Strip, and McCarran International Airport, among other destinations making a rental car not mandatory!

The house was perfect for our family gathering. Such a lovely space to hang out and be together. The kitchen was open and was so well equipped for every cooking whim. This home had everything you could possibly need and more. Mark was very accommodating, and his communication was quick and helpful. The jacuzzi was a great way to end each evening.

House was great! Very clean, comfortable and lots of room for the 7 of us staying there. Pool and hot tub were great however the temp was hard to regulate. AC upstairs wasn’t working when we got there but they got that fixed right away which we were so thankful for. Would definitely stay there again.

A Perfect Getaway

From start to finish, this house was everything we hoped for and more. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we especially loved the pool and the hot tub. Great location as well. Communication with Mark was excellent; easy check in process. Family Time in Las Vegas

We went to Las Vegas to celebrate the 4th of July AND the birth of our granddaughter (daughter's family lives 10 miles away from this house). We chose the property because it was close to her home and was blown away. The house was beautiful and spacious. We loved being able to go out by the pool as well. Definitely will stay here again the next time we all go to Vegas!

Beautiful, sparkling clean home

Our family of four stayed for spring break. Self checkin with personal codes was convenient. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and upgraded appliances. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies. We didn’t rent a car. It was a 20-25 minutes ride to the strip and airport. You will need to install an app on your phone or iPad to control the pool and hot tub but it was very easy to use. We would stay again.

Week in Vegas but off the Strip

Home was very clean and comfortable. Internet worked great as two of us were working remotely. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to get an Uber to take us to the strip. Beds were very comfortable. Didn’t cook so not sure about dishes and pots and pans. Host was very responsive every time we reached out. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish, everything was great! Mark’s response time was pretty quick. The house is a hidden gem. Fully stocked with everything you can think of. Little get away with the family

Lovely property! Very clean and had all the basic amenities. Kids loved the pool and a short 15 min to circus circus and an additional 10 to New York New York. Easy check in and out. Rooms were very comfortable. Would recommend!

Spring break with family

Wonderful home for a family trip, the home is very well decorated and comfortable, the back yard is very private with a great pool and hot tub, all beds and linens are first class and comfortable. Great location to freeways, downtown is minutes away, fast food restaurants and really nice restaurants are 10 minutes by car. Mark answer’s text messages literally in minutes, very quiet neighborhood and well maintained and safe, you’ll be very happy that you made this location your choice!

Beautiful House and the POOL !!

I highly recommend this property. The house is beautiful inside with everything you could possibly need. The master bedroom is amazing and the other rooms are good size with plenty of closet space. The house was immaculate and the pool was fantastic. We spent the majority of our time out in the pool. It was so clean (love the auto vacuum) and perfect temperature. The house was about 15 minutes from the strip and I would say the only downside was the closest store was a mile and a half away, so if you don't have a car, expect a 30 minute walk. We definitely would come back here again, it was an amazing place for our weekend girls trip.

Family Wedding Stay

I want to start at the very beginning of my experience leading up to booking this beautiful property. I had a few questions I needed answered before I could make a reservation. I sent a message through the app and almost immediately I received a reply from Mark who was able to answer all my questions so I reserved the property. On the day of our arrival I received a message from Mark with instructions for entering the house. We were so please to be able to park our car in the garage out of the hot Las Vegas sun. We stepped inside the cool air conditioned house and realized it was just as the pictures showed. The hosts had left us some much appreciated treats on the kitchen island. The bedrooms were all spacious with very comfortable beds and the master suite was humongous with a beautiful walk in shower. We stayed in and catered dinner the first night from a tasty little place near the house called Wild Fig BBQ. It was a wonderfully relaxing evening. We had the opportunity to use the pool and the card table. Our time flew by! The home was perfect for accommodating the 7 of us throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend it and stay again in the future. Thanks Mark!
