Clean but not comfy bed

The room was clean, bedding was clean, bathroom was clean. The bed was loud and uncomfortable. Staff was friendly, but called about an hour after check-in to see if we needed anthing which was actually not helpful when we were trying to sleep.

I was skeptical based on some of the reviews. The stay was fine. The hotel was nice and clean. Could not hear noise from inside my room. The elevator was broken, not a big deal unless you’re disabled or lazy.

I liked the "extras" staff provided, at check-in, and at check-out. The breakfast was okay as well. The only bummer was that the elevator was broken during our stay, but we hauled our suitcases up the stairs just fine.

I book 3 rooms for our group. The hotel was located in a quiet place, parking is good, the place was clean, our rooms were clean - the staff were friendly, the breakfast was good. There is no elevator but the staff give us rooms close to the stairs, it was convenient and cardio exercise too. The staff are very helpful she offer to carry our luggage upstairs. We enjoy our stay in the hotel .

Mattresses were very old, worn out and noisy. On arrival were told the elevator would be un-available for months. Breakfast served egg whites twice in four days, bread was strange, and sausage patties were some form of mystery meat and not good. Very disappointed as I have stayed here before it all was good.

We arrived at the property which was located in an industrial region with warehouses and vacant lots all around - it felt like we were in a deserted part of town. Checked in to a third floor room and no elevator to help with my heavy bag packed with hiking gear for a week. Staff said it had been broken for five months and they didn't expect a repair anytime soon. Also, no pool or hot tub, which could have saved the lack of an elevator. Common area carpets were filthy, but the room was clean enough. Breakfast left much to be desired - "eggs" were obviously made from powder, home fries were dried out. Very disappointing breakfasts. I do not recommend this hotel.
