Condo close to Strip and Raiders Stadium

Newly renovated 1 bedroom condo with 516 sqft/ 48m2 very close to The Strip and The Raiders Stadium.
Located basically behind The Bellagio Hotel and Casino just across the Highway. Across the street is The Rio Hotel and Casino and a few blocks down is The Palms Hotel and Casino.

This is a newly renovated 1 bedroom condo with 516 sqft/48m2. It is located very close to The Strip in The Flamingo Palms Villas community. It's a 3rd floor unit, no elevator available.

It’s less than a 5 minute drive from The Bellagio Hotel. You could say it is basically behind it, just have to cross the Highway. You could get to The Strip by walking over the bridge that is crossing the Highway, but since it is approximately 1 mile from our unit to The Bellagio Fountains, I would say it‘s at least a 30 minute walk.

Across the street is The Rio Hotel and Casino and a few blocks down is The Palms Hotel and Casino.

It is also just a 5 minute Uber ride to the new Allegiant Stadium, the home of The Las Vegas Raiders.

This unit has been completely remodeled and consists of a full size and basic equipped kitchen in which you can prepare meals if you don’t want to eat out.

The bedroom has a queen size bed while the sleeper couch is full size. The unit sleeps a total of 3 people. The bathroom has a big walk in shower. We provide WiFi, regular TV channels and you will also find a washer/dryer in the condo. Parking is included in your stay.

This gated and secured community has a pool (not heated), a hot tub, which is currently being updated, and a gym for our guests to use. It has a designated Uber/Lyft pick up location to easily take a ride to The Strip or wherever you want to go. There is a Walgreens withing walking distance in case you need any essentials.

We are family friendly and do provide a Pack and Play but we don’t provide sheets for it.

The fireplace is not in working condition and cannot be used at any time.

- Unit is located in 'The Flamingo Palms Villas' community

QUIET TIMES: 10pm – 10am. Please no loud noise levels, unruly behavior. If there are any complaints the stay may be canceled without refund . Security is on site 24/7

STARTER KIT: Plenty for several days. We provide some rolls of toilet paper, a roll of kitchen paper towels, some dishwasher tabs, dish detergent and some trash bags. If supplies don't last you will have to provide for yourself

LINENS/BEDS: we provide bed sheet sets for all beds. And a set of towels for the maximum amount of guest. And we don’t provide sheets or blankets for the pack’n’play. The bed does have a quilt as cover.

PROPERTY USE:
- No long-term residence, parties, gatherings or commercial use
- Stays do not qualify as residence or allow use of mailing address
- Flush only toilet paper
- Recommendation: close curtains when not at home to keep the room cool.
- Try not to cool below 70 or 68 degrees Fahrenheit to avoid freezing of the equipment. If frozen it needs to be turned off for 24hours.
- No glitter, glue, hair dye, spray tan or sun spray inside the unit
- no package delivery
- the fireplace is not in working conditions

CHECK OUT:
- By 11 am
- Please remove all trash - dumpster outside by the parking spots
- Please empty the fridge and freezer
- Please turn on the dishwasher if there are still dirty dishes
- Linens and towels can stay where they are (on bed/in the bathroom) - Close windows and doors
- Leave the safe open
- check for your belongings; If you forget something we won't hold it unless it seems expensive or important for your health

UNAPPROVED LATE CHECKOUT: $50. If overstay impacts next guest: 2x nightly rate. Paying the fee does not mean a late check out is approved and you can extend your stay By booking with us and checking into our home you agree to our house rules and any violation may result in extra charges or a cancellation without refund.
