We loved our stay at the Elara! Fabulous space with the 2-bedroom suite with comfortable beds, spacious living area with a great view of the Sphere, easiest/quickest elevators to get to upper levels, and very clean. Loved that we could easily walk to Planet Hollywood to gamble without having to go outside and the Miracle Miles shops and cheap dining available. Very easy to get around the Strip with taxi service and great location on the Strip once you exit the Miracle Miles shops.

My favourite place to stay when in Vegas for so many reasons! The only thing that I do not like is how pushy the timeshare people are. I know they have a job to do, and I respect that, however in any situation “no” or “no thank you” means “no.” Being approached, by the same people, every single day - multiple times, definitely dampers the stay.

I love this location!! Been coming here for the last 15 years and it has always been an excellent stay! Connected to the Miracle Mile Mall, convenient to shopping, eating and walkable to other casinos. The rooms are spacious. Everyone at the hotel are courteous and very attentive.

Pros: Property is clean and quiet. Feel safe that security will make sure everyone to scan their room card to enter the elevator banks. Easy access to the parking. Cons: cleaning staff were doing half of their job, no replenishing toilet paper, shower gel, hair shampoo and conditioner. Front desk staff was dismissive when we requested to refill those items in the room. Firm alarm in the room was beeping due to dying batteries. So these chains of event causing my family unable to relax and delays.

Ordered 2 rooms. My wife and I had zero issues. The other one was for my son for his 21st birthday. He was initially impressed with his room but before we hit the town they discovered their bed was “used.” GROSS! In true Las Vegas fashion, we got back to the room late and they discovered that their blinds would not go down. So they had to stay up to wait for somebody to come fix them. Doesn’t sound like a huge deal but after a night of partying with jet lag… definitely sucks! The next morning….short nap, they got up to take a shower and both had to take quick showers because the drain was clogged. They fixed that while we were on the town. Nothing offered to us as a discount or new room. My wife and I have been there a few times now, and we love it. But it kind of killed their 2nd day with zero sleep. That’s a big deal when you are there such a short stay. 4 stars is generous. But it’s not worth giving them 1 or 2 like I feel a lot of people would.

This was our first trip to Las Vegas and we loved every minute of it! The Hilton Elara was the best. The toom was very comfortable and felt like home. Our view was amazing and we can't wait to go back next year for pur 1 year Anniversary! Yes we got married while we were there! Overall the shopping, dining and sites were top tier!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite and nearly $7,000 for the room. Views were not facing the strip like told, had raw sewage smell coming up from drain in the room in which the staff pretty much came up to start a fight with how argumentative they were, no one apologized or fixed the situation. Room was very dirty, windows were hard to see out due to streaks on the glass. Coffee pots were nasty and uncleaned, chairs had food crud and all kinda stuff in them, couch had stains and smelled with a broken leg, floors were nasty and felt dirty. 0/10. Will never stay at this resort again. All other casinos places around laughed when we said Hilton, not a good sign. Deeply regret staying here
