Elevators are very fast, Housekeeping came within 15 minutes when we call =). Thank you, we checked out very easy on the tv; should be covered areas at least with umbrellas in a few pool chairs due to the beautiful intense sun (besides of the cabanas with a fee); should be more Pool Attendants to get drink orders (even if you pay at the moment); great to have Lifeguards in all pool areas; tram, perfect way to transfer to the nearest Hotels; check in toke too long although the Front Desk Lady was very nice and the process was fast once I was there; if you can, try to do it online.

Its not a great hotel, but it's not the worst either. It's high mid in my opinion. The worst part about the hotel is it's age, but the theme is so Iconic. As long as it stays clean I would stay in the towers again. Good: Friendly, Clean and safe. No bed Bugs. Nice Gym, beautiful pool. Good location. Bad: Leaking faucet, Leaking Shower, long check in lines, smells old. Early check out time. Gym was small and crowded.

I stayed here in November last year as well as this past week in August. The location is good for what I'm looking for... it's easy to walk almost anywhere I wanted up to Belagio or the other closer Mandalay Bay. The eating options are good, the staff friendly. Two Starbucks on site ❤️ Will stay here again for sure.

Parking in their paid self-park lot was a huge pain. I had to go round and round many times - for about half hour before I found a couple leaving, and took their spot. The staff were extrememely helpful in helping me check in. The hotel itself can be overwhelming - especially finding the checkin counter.

Room was wipe down clean but not clean. We found toenail clippings on the carpet and the bathroom had drips of something running down the tile walls outside the shower. When we had the room Cleaned these things remained. Pool was awful. One pool closed the entire stay, then they had an even so other pool occupied. Then the last day they shut down another pool. We entered the pool that the even had been at the previous day. Garbage everywhere and the grime on the edge of the pool was so thick someone had scraped letters into it. Staff was inattentive and when I reacted with very rude. Will not be staying there again.
