This luxurious condo offers all the comforts of home with stainless appliances, marble finishes and designer fixtures. There are TV's in the bedroom, living area, and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential appliances including a full-size refrigerator w/icemaker, dishwasher, flat top stove, microwave, Keurig, sep. drip coffee maker, blender, and island for dining in addition to all the utensils, tableware, pots, pans, and glassware you'll need. Fantastic gym with all new equipment is open 24/7. Good closet space, safe, and ironing board and iron. The living area is designed for comfort, featuring a comfy king-size bed and a cozy sofa which turns into a Queen-size bed. The bathroom provides a spa-like experience with a deep soaking Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower, offering the perfect place to pamper and refresh after a day of excitement.
It's a short walk to the Fabulous PALMS CASINO & RESORT via a private walkway for Palms Place guests where you'll enjoy FREE access to "Soak" the Palms Pool, dining, casino, clubs, and fitness center. You'll also enjoy the hottest restaurants, several popular nightclubs and world-class entertainment that Palms Casino & Resort is known for. This is in addition to the Laguna pool and fitness center located right in Palms Place on the 6th Floor

This is in addition to all of the Casinos, Great Restaurants, and World-Class shopping that make Las Vegas the Entertainment Capital of the World. 24 Hour Security provided throughout the property. We are located right across the I-15 freeway from Caesars Palace & Bellagio Hotel. Uber/Lyft and Public Buses are available.
A security deposit of $100 per night (up to 5 nights) for damages is placed as a hold on your credit card when you check in. This hold is released when you check out.
