I really wanted to like this hotel, but several issues made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
The check-in process was confusing. The app required a deposit but wouldn’t process it properly, showing incorrect information. When I arrived, the experience at the desk didn’t match what the app displayed, which created unnecessary frustration.
The building is huge, and getting to the room is a long walk. Not all elevators return to the main lobby, so you need to remember your exact route or you’ll end up wandering.
The room was clean and modern, but it felt very empty — more like a big white box than a warm, inviting space.
The biggest issue was the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable, and only during checkout did I realize the mattress had been placed upside down. Surprising that this wasn’t noticed.
The app also doesn’t allow you to contact the front desk, so any issue requires a trip back downstairs. One of the TVs didn’t connect properly and kept freezing, making it unusable.
The eButler lockers seem like a great idea, but since outside food can’t be brought up, they don’t add much value. The on-site store was also only partially stocked.
Staff were polite, but overall the hotel feels unfinished and not ready for a smooth, modern guest experience. There is potential, but many basics need improvement before I’d stay again.
