The Return

Been staying at this property for over 20 years and for. A bit ago went through a little bit of a decline, but I am thrilled to say that it has returned to what I believe with the best days of the property. I’m still could use a little help at the front desk they can wait can be long but otherwise everything was great and the employees couldn’t have been nicer.

Exhausted Stay

They changed our room, walked in smelling like a gallon of bleach… I was just to tired to complain I left soon as I checked in I had a Business Meeting to attend to then headed over to the game I didn’t come back to the room till About 11pm so exhausted to complain. Lifted out the next morning came back to the hotel we were Locked out the room I had to go to customs service to reactivate my key. Poor service. Who do i complain to in person please Send me over a messages with the phone numbers.

It was dirty (restrooms, kitchen area etc) sofa had cigarrete burn and hole. stains in the bed the kitchen was dirty didnt smell pleasant. The restrooms didnt even have toilet paper and the floors were dirty
