This was our first time staying at this hotel and we had friends who booked rooms as well. The staff was courteous and helpful to us during our stay, especially the front desk. We had a minor issue and they were quick to respond and eager to resolve it for us. We appreciate their friendliness as well. It was convenient to have breakfast included and the hours were reasonable. The building itself is older and some rooms reflect the wear and tear. The price per night was a little steep for the condition of some of the rooms and could be improved.

No matter the time of day, the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. We needed maintenance late at night to fix a chirping alarm. They were there right away. We enjoyed the variety of options for breakfast too. We appreciated the quiet off the busy strip.

staff are courteous, food was ok, but i booked a 2-bedroom with 1 King and 2 Double beds, but i got 1 double and 1 double. when i complained to the front desk, she said they do not have/offer the rooms that i mentioned i booked and blamed the 3rd party site who misled me. I didnt have a choice at that point, it was night and we were all tired from a long drive.

Great location! Easy walk to The Sphere and to the strip. Room was comfortable. Wish they had King beds! Grocery stores nearby. The kitchen cabinets were old and looks like they were painted many times. They also had a lot of dust. Overall room pretty good and we would stay again! Everyone at front desk very helpful and nice!
