There wasn’t much to like. The Mascarade Tower should be closed. The service was horrible. The elevators were missing panels. The towels in the room had stains on them. Called for towels and waited for hours. The pool was understaffed as well and according to staff, we were unable to purchase a pool bed with an umbrella because they were damaged

Check in line was too long, many people tried the self checking but didn’t quite work. The hotel location is good, ideal for someone with a car to have free parking. The room we got at the masquerade tower was huge, nice comfortable bed , clean and quite. It’s a little outdated but that was not a problem. Some minor annoyances like 2 out of the 4 elevators in the tower were out of action, causing some frequent delays. Otherwise it was a great stay.
