I stayed in Masquerade Towers my room was huge 1600 sq ft. It was dated. Old curtains, old jacuzzi, old couch just a whole dated set up. It was a decent stay but I wouldn't stay there again.

My mom was in a wheelchair and our room was at the end of the hallway. We should have been closer to the elevator. The shower was dark and there needs to be some towel hooks by the shower. The ice machine didn't work on my floor. No microwave or refrigerator.

Struggled to get staff to fix the room issue during checkin, me and my family was exhausted at the end of it. Long queue at front desk for simple housekeeping needs/information/queries. I stayed at Rio Hotel & Casino for a day, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The hotel has a spacious layout with large rooms, which is a plus compared to many other hotels on the Strip. The casino floor is lively, and there are some decent dining options, though nothing particularly standout. The hotel is a bit off the Strip, so if you’re looking to be in the center of all the action, you might have to rely on transportation. The rooms are comfortable but could use some updates, as some of the furnishings feel a bit dated. Cleanliness was generally okay, though there’s definitely room for improvement in some areas. Service was hit or miss—some staff members were friendly and helpful, while others seemed a bit overwhelmed. The amenities are decent, but if you’re expecting a luxury experience, this may not be the best fit. Overall, Rio is a reasonable choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay with spacious rooms, but it might not be the first pick for those wanting a high-end Vegas experience.

I wish there were more dining options. The newly remolded room was perfect. Parking was a little bit of a walk, but no big deal. We will be back to stay at the Rio on our next trip to Vegas.

We had a great time, we got a huge spacious room. The shower didn’t work great and one on the sinks didn’t work. It was difficult to get in touch with housekeeping for bedding for the pullout couch. Other than that we had a great time!
