Poor Cell connection, wifi is horrible. Missed a lot of online meetings because of this. Nasty dirty parking lots. Lot attendants are rude. Will not recommend.

Check in staff could have been more helpful. Expedia booking stated recently upgraded hotel and the hotel attempted to charge more for a newer room. This wasn’t in the booking information. When I inquired the hotel staff indicated take it up with Expedia since you booked through them. Outdated room was clean however spooking and non-smoking rooms are in the same halls which made for a smelly environment during the stay.

Paid close to 350 dollars a night for this hotel.The check in took 50 minutes with only 2 people working at the front desk. The line was extremely long and they are understaffed. Paid for the 35 dollar a day upgrade just to have a fridge and coffee maker. Once I got to the room was unable to connect to their free wifi. Tried to make a phone call down to the lobby only to find that the phone doesn’t work. Went down to the lobby for the front desk to tell me I need to contact their third party wifi provider. I called costing me international fees per minute. Only to not have the issue resolved. The wifi didn’t work at all. Has to use data roaming the entire time. Horrible. Never been in an US hotel that doesn’t have wifi. Then comes the bathroom, while taking a shower I found that they didn’t have any body wash. Asked the cleaner to refill the body wash only for her to offer me a bar of soap and said no body wash. Absolutely horrific experience. Would not recommend anyone to stay here ever.
