Great place to stay when travelling through this a

Everthing was terrific. Only thing we didnt like is the pull out beds were not comfortable for sleeping. Lovely space in quiet area.

Nice quiet location in the countryside but near enough, by car, to Lauder with shops and restaurants. Small community run shop in Oxton. Lots of high tech appliances and comfortable enough for one night. Living area could benefit from a more comfy seating area. Good overall.

A great wee find in lovely surroundings

Amazing find. Very well kitted out. Has everything you might need. Very modern. Great wifi and TV’s. Shower lovely. Well situated for the Borders and Edinburgh. Reasonably priced. Nothing was any trouble. Owner even offered us a lift to our destination if we couldn’t get a taxi.
