Enjoyed our stay however this hotel charges a deposit per room that we were not aware of while booking through hotels.com this particular hotel is nice compared to the available options but it could use some more cleaning the carpets are heavily stained overall we would stay again but the deposits and resort fees can be an inconvenience

The property was nice, room spacious and clean and had a refrigerator. Shower was weak in pressure and slow in drainage. Restaurants were sparse with not a lot to choose from. The casino was well lit, spacious and friendly. Saw many winners - I didn’t win but had fun.

The hidden charges, the hotel rooms compare to a Motel 6. They charged an additional fee to clean the rooms, that by law they are required to do. Never have we have come across this and we have traveled the USA for many years. We had family across 3 hotels in the area. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bed was sooooooo hard, there was hair not swept up in the bathroom, the bathroom is outdated, no microwave.

Overall, hotel/casino is pretty good, maybe it was the fact of a holiday weekend but to use elevators to go to your room or down to lobby had up to 20+ minutes. Fast food restaurants inside hotel very slow in service/understaffed
