Had breakfast at the cafe, not crowded. Table wasn't wiped off and the food was greasy. Had dinner at the rock house, not crowded. Table again wasn't wiped off. The chicken Alfredo was swimming in sauce. The room showed it age. The sheer curtain was missing.

Room was clean. Beds were old and uneven mattresses. Hard. They banged on our door at 9:00am wanting to clean. Checkout is at 11:00am. Wouldn’t have been a problem but we didn’t arrive until after 2:30am. These rooms do not have thermostats so temperature control was tricky. Fridge was hot. We requested extra blankets and two flat non down pillows. They brought the blankets up within minutes and so we were very grateful for the quick service.

Paying resort fees but no access to pool or jacuzzi. & $14 dollars beers at the convenience store outrageous! Buffets, maid service, were great! The Cove was great! Elevators were kind of slow. Was not advised of resort fees until bill checkout not happy with !
