Broken shower at check in, soaked towels FOLDED and put out in our room to use, took 45 minutes to get an elevator at check out due to only 2 working, cold food at cafe THEY HAD TO MICROWAVE IT to heat it up, entire 12th floor smelt like sewage even in our room. Staff was friendly but do better Aquarius.
