Our room was dirty. The shower was clogged and would not drain. Looked like there was old throw up on the carpet next to bed. Arizona tower needs a complete refresh.

Overall, hotel/casino is pretty good, maybe it was the fact of a holiday weekend but to use elevators to go to your room or down to lobby had up to 20+ minutes. Fast food restaurants inside hotel very slow in service/understaffed

Over all i like The hotel it was clean it was comfortable service was good checking in was fast and easy price was affordable i will choose it again. The only thing i had a bit of problems was the elevator every time want to use it was a 10 pr 15 mnt wait maybe cause it was a long weekend to clouded

There’s two towers and one little pool for all these people. It was overpacked never again while I stay here plus they end up, charging me more for these rooms

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. I can tell the room hadn’t been updated in years. The television was easily 10 years old. The lamps were ridiculous. They looked like they’d been jerry rigged with dimmer switches. One of the led light bulbs made an annoying humming noice. Not a single USB port anywhere in the room. That’s pretty much standard now. But hey I didn’t expect much for under fifty bucks a night.
