I originally booked and paid in advance for a 2 Queen Beds, with a river view due to it being Labor Day weekend. I wanted to make sure my room was secured basically. The day comes, I was going to do a later check in because of work. We arrived at around 8pm and upon arrival our room was not available. We had to stay in 1 King Bed with my mother, who had to sleep on a rollout. When I asked about possibly receiving a credit back or anything to accommodate for the inconvenience they told me “it’s Labor Day weekend”. I completely understand, but why allow people to book certain rooms or why not just call the guests and inform them of any inconvenience. Instead of it being a surprise the day of. We stayed Saturday to Monday, and Sunday our keys were disabled and we had to ask for new ones. It was just the worst experience I have ever had. I tend to be very understanding because certain things may come up, but this was by far the worst experienced I have ever had when booking online. If I could give this properly zero stars I definitely would have.

The customer service was bad. They dont know what going on. The elevators where full all the time waited 20 minutes just to get down to the casino. Also pool was full. Need to wait in line.

Premium room with river view, room not properly cleaned or maintained. Prior guest used soap left in shower, coffe maker dirty, room not dusted. Toilet has broken lid which is a safety hazard. Much more to list. Bed was uncomfortable, you can feel the coil springs.
