Everything about this hotel is third rate, from the rude check-in person, smokers in the casino, dirty rooms and uncomfortable beds. It’s Laughlin, there is not one decent hotel, they are all various versions of terrible.

We called security for a domestic situation. They kicked out the victim and threatened (continuously) to kick us out if we took the victim to our room or tried to help her. Very unprofessional and rude.

The staff was nice. We were in a sunset suite which was great for our extended stay. They would be using some sort of drill or hammer drill every morning around 9 am. Only lasted a couple hours but having gambled late nightly it was annoying. Pool was closed Tuesday Wednesday. That was inconvenient. McDonald’s regular cheeseburger was 5.00! Way over priced. Had to eat subway a couple nights due to no late night dining service.

This was our 6th visit. Bed was very uncomfortable so we rotated it. Better. Sink barely drained. Stayed 5 nights and asked housekeeping for coffee and were told that what was in the room was free but would have to pay for extras. They finally relented and bought some to our room.
