Cocoonr offers you this beautiful 68 m² flat for rent, located in a small residence of 6 flats in Les Outalays, Grand-Bornand.
Comfortable and bright, it can accommodate up to 6 guests and offers a warm atmosphere combining light wood and natural colours.
Its many bay windows let in plenty of light and open onto a magnificent panorama of forest and mountains.
Wifi, sheets and towels included - all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy the view!
Flat layout-
Living room: a welcoming, light-filled space, furnished with two comfortable grey sofas, a coffee table, a cosy dining area, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player.
Modern kitchen: fully equipped for easy meal preparation.
Bedroom 1: bunk beds (sleeps 2).
Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190).
Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x190).
Bathroom: equipped with a bathtub.
Separate WC.
Outside-
Enjoy peaceful views of the forest and mountains from the corner terrace.
A perfect setting for enjoying a coffee in the morning sun or an aperitif after a day in the great outdoors.
Additional facilities-
Washing machine and tumble dryer available in the cellar (private access).
Ski locker for safekeeping of your equipment.
Free WiFi throughout the accommodation.

The flat is at the foot of the slopes, with direct access to the ski area from the residence.
The village of Chinaillon and its shops are just 5 minutes away by car (or around 20 minutes on foot): bakery, restaurants, cinema (in season) and tourist office await you.

2 private parking spaces: one outside and one inside.
Nearest train station: Annecy (40 km)
Nearest airport: Geneva (70 km)
Bus station: Le Grand-Bornand (7 km)
