The surroundings: The house is located in the town of Palais, principal town of Belle Ile and principal place of arrival of boats from Quiberon and La Turballe. It is very close to a small beach 'area' (see photo) very quiet even in high summer and 10 minutes walk from the beach Castoul. The coastal path is about fifty meters from the house and in winter, near the tip of Taillefer promises nice performances. The sea is visible from the garden (front and back), the house of ground floor and first floor (mezzanine bedroom). The town is a 20-25 minute walk and 5-10 minutes by bike. Bicycles, electric bicycles, cars, scooters can be rented at PALACE.
