Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 100 m² air-conditioned single-storey house with private swimming pool for rent in Le Thoronet. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room, and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV and sofa
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and pool access
- Bedroom 2: double sofa bed
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190), TV and pool access
- A bathroom with bath
- A shower room with shower, WC
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private, unheated swimming pool measuring 8 x 5 m, equipped with an alarm, accessible from 1 May to 30 September
- A 1,000 m² garden and a south-facing terrace of around 40 m², with garden furniture to enjoy on sunny days

The house is ideally located in Le Thoronet, on one level and facing south, in a quiet, pleasant setting. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby.

- Outdoor activities (hiking, cycling, horse riding)

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 3 vehicles). A garage is also available on site for storing bikes and/or motorbikes.

- Nearest train station: Gare des Arcs de Draguignan about 30 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Aéroport de Toulon-Hyères about 1 hour by car

- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay.
- Swimming pool: All children must be supervised by a parent. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
