Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love the Powderhouse Pass area!! We ride motorcycles so it was FANTASTIC to have a HUGE garage and a flat place to park!! The space is brand new, so no complaints there. It was really quiet our entire stay. A small area of concern is the shared parking pad. If people done stay on their half, you could get boxed in and stuck in the garage if the people on the other side don’t stay on their half. It would really stink if you needed to leave and the people on the other half were out in their side by side without cell phone coverage. Aside from that detail, it was great and I wish we were in a position to purchase it!!
