As advertised…great location! Clean and cozy! Short walk to town, even shorter to a fun adventure center w/ an alpine roller coaster. Minutes drive from fantastic hikes! Will hopefully stay here again!

Cozy condo walking distance to the new alpine coaster. Great location, very easy to deal with management. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated, but the furniture, decor and carpet are getting tired. The condo only has AC in the living room, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We found that the heavy polyester bedding made for warm sleeping in summer. I'd recommend updating the bedding to a more breathable material.

Great location close to town

We liked it here. It was quiet and close enough to walk into town, about a fifteen minute walk. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again in the future.

Great stay for kids, teens and adults

We all fit perfectly in this home and it was close to many things to do. It was clean and had al of the things we needed. The beds were comfy and everything worked as it should.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The only small negative is that the queen bed in one of the guest rooms is not comfortable. Otherwise, we are happy we chose this place.

Sound of Music Trip

We enjoyed the spacious common areas, well equipped kitchen. The livingroom sofa and love seat showed some wear and tear. The wall air-conditioner kept livingroom, dining and kitchen comfortable. No A-C in bedrooms and even with windows open and fans we found the two smaller bedrooms to be stuffy. Bathrooms fine. On suit toilet required handle jiggle to close flap to refill tank. Washer and dryer were appreciated.

Fantastic family friendly condo!

We stayed at That Perfect Place over Memorial Day weekend. The location was fantastic - close to town but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The condo was clean upon arrival and stocked with the amenities that we needed. My only suggestion would be to provide bath mats for the bathrooms as the floor got quite wet after showers. We loved the patio space and all the games. Very family-friendly. It truly was the perfect place and we hope to stay again in the future.

There were no garbage can liners I called vacasa they said they would have the property manager contact me to remedy the problem after 3 days I’m home and still no phone call Went to use dishwasher no dishwasher soap Carpet is full of pet hair,counter had coffee spills on it,dropped something on floor in bathroom when I picked it up had dust balls on it. I thought the house needed a thorough cleaning,Also should have a better contact system for solving problems.Location is good as Leavenworth is a beautiful town to visit. The neighborhood was nice and quiet

Okay but needs more care

I've never been so torn to write a review. I'll start with the pros: -Great location! We loved being so close to downtown and the small yard for the kids to play in the snow. -Great amount of space to spread out. - The kids enjoyed the toys and games Cons: - Not very clean. I found dish rags on the table when we first entered, the extra bedding in the closets were in disarray, I found hair on the sheets and pillows, I also found candy wrappers next to the bed. Just made me uncomfortable and I couldn't really relax thinking someone hadnt done a thorough job cleaning, especially with Covid. - The heat in the main room stopped working the first evening we were there. It was below 30 degrees so it was needed. We called Vacasa and they sent some one out promptly which was great but turns out a new system was needed so we said we could make due with a space heater. Unfortunately, the space heater kept blowing a fuse so we had to decide if we wanted heat or television. - Communication has not been upfront or consistent with vacasa regarding our experience, and then they just stopped responding. Our trip wasn't ruined but our stay here was not the vacation rental we had hoped for. We won't be returning, mostly due the the terrible experience we've had with Vacasa customer service.

Good location at a great price.

Fully stocked and very clean. We skied 3 days at Mission. Leavenworth is amazing even during the lockdown. Christmas lights were still in full display. We would definitely stay here again.

All around great experience. The unit was large, comfortable, well kept, and fully supplied. Location was super convenient for recreation and in-town walks. Highly recommend! We’ll be back.

Great location, roomy apartment, could use a little tlc

For six adults, this condo works well. We had plenty of room and it is wonderfully close to downtown. But, it needs a little attention: ~ The oven door handle kept falling off. ~ The heat in the living room doesn't work. There is a portable heater which would be fine (it puts out plenty of heat) except that if we had the heater and the microwave on at the same time, it would trip the breaker. ~ There was a bag of poopy diapers on the back deck. Frozen. ~ The shower curtain in the hall bathroom is ripped. ~ The toilet in the master bedroom flushes very slowly and we needed to use the plunger on it once. ~ Couldn't get tv reception in master bedroom.

Perfect “Oktoberfest” getaway

This condo was the perfect spot for a friends getaway weekend. It had everything we needed- and was a quick walk to downtown. It was nice having the patio area to hang out and play games.
